  5. you do realize you can get the salads without the meat and it is a dollar cheaper and only 160 calories , and you can get the lowfat balsamic dressing only has 35 calories low fat italian 50 and southwest is 110 calrories, also you can customize your burgers or chicken sandwiches, most people don't know this with leafy lettuce instead of the no nutrition iceberg lettuce
