  1. yeah that was back when that areas was mostly white rednecks I guess areas are always changing demographics. like Downtown LA used to have beautiful large Victorian Homes like San Francisco still has, but then all the rich people left and the homes became decrepit, poor people moved in, then developers decided to secretly buy all the land and Build what is todays downtown LA with all its skyscrapers
