  1. just stop eating so much it isn't easy you have to stay hungry for like 3 months before you start losing weight at a fast rate, I ate like one egg mcmuffin a day for like 3 months, and once every few days I would eat a big salad with no meat. and I got down to 155 from my high of 185, but when you lose that much weight it makes your face look gaunt . which there was a way to keep a fatty face
