I think many Russians are mixed with Mongols when Mongols controlled Russia they took local Russian wives , isn't that why the Soviet Union liberated Mongolia from China? and didnt make them part of the Soviet Union, they have a long history of the people in Power claiming they have Mongol Blood so they are born to lead
