  2. these peopple never take into account that so many houses and places have been developed in teh past 50 years in Maryland when I was a kid most of teh state was Rural now its mostly urbaanazed I am sure the same thing is happening across the country so you have houses in Areas that was once farmland so people are everywhere they build in historic flood plains etc..
