  3. to change an amendment you need like 38 state legislatures to pass an amendment or the Congress itself can call a Constitutional Convention which has only happened once in 1788 I think.

  6. the president is the only nationally elected position. it is elected by each state not the people. I honestly think the USA needs to be broken up. the cities and urban areas will always vote blue wile the rural areas always vote red, cam we have two presidents? and we tax our own citizens that way
