  1. DST switching is always a pain in the ass. But at least we don't have like 50 different regulations on it here in Europe. I once was missing a stream start by an owa because it was EST (IIRC) and me having a clock set to EST, but it was based in that one friggen state that switches like three and a half days earlier and setting Windows to the respective time zone wouldn't account for that. That sucks balls!
