I've often read about the SimShaker JetPad seat from "Andre's shop". Never managed to get one and I don't know how hard it is to get one nowadays as they're based in Russia... that thing takes telemetry data from sims includung FFB output, so it doesn't just shake based on audio, but also when an FFB stick would do so, so you'd get that pre-stall buffeting and stuff with it. Adding an FFB stick base like the Moza AB9 or VPForce Rhino (Virpil and WinWing have some announced as well IIRC) is a must as well, probably the most important step to take in that regard. Helps a lot with more realistic trim behaviour.

Add a force feedback stick base and it'll be +69.

I'll never understand how people could be pissed off by this... yeah, I'd love to get stuff "for free" as well, but I don't have a 100k+ subs channel that I could "advertize" stuff on. They'll obviously sell more units by giving some away to people who run channels that are being watched by larger audiences, otherwise they wouldn't choose to do so.

MOZA AB9 is probably the quickest to get currently. And it's great as well, though VPForce has a massive advantage in the telemetry FFB profiles, mostly by being available for a few years already.

I can only agree, having an FFB base like that is a game changer for real. Never went to the fancy sticks from the SideWinder FFB2 because of that and finally was able to upgrade without having to wait for quite an amount of time to get the VPForce Rhino, which also is more expensive. But that one has the best software so far as I've heard. Got a total of 17.5cm of extensions from MFG (the dude that makes the Crosswind pedals) installed as well and the whole thing is mounted to my desk with a long Monstertech mount. That was the best hardware upgrade I've done in ages...

4:31 is what you want to see. Thank me later. Mover, you need to get in touch with Moza Racing. Their AB9 stick base is amazing and having that for a center stick mount on that sim rig would be another game changer. Ideally with some stick extension. Thing is definitely compatible with Thrustmaster grips, but also some others. Not the WinWings, though. Getting the best force trim rendition in DCS is something you don't wanna miss out. Also, any non-FBW aircraft that gives you any kind of feedback through the stick will be a blast to fly with it, especially the TOMCATS and Phantoms. Even more so anything that is in Il-2 Great Battles BTW, their FFB is *chef's kiss* Also, their racing hardware is top notch from what I've heard.

@isodoublet Pretty much how you have it n DCS I guess, no reactions on the stick. In non-FBW aircraft like the Tomcat, trimming will move your stick center. That way you can get a sense of speed depending on where your stick is at regardless of trim, which just removes the force that tries to move it away from where you want it to be.

That's the Yaw VR Pro 3 IIRC.
