At least within Europe, Germany literally is the only country with those. We don't have a general speed limit and some parts of the Autobahn that have these signs basically allow you to firewall your throttle. I've been driving 120mph on one of those within my very first highway lesson as the instructor wanted me to push it :) Driving cars like the ones Mover has in Germany would probably be a total blast XD - of course, always with safety in mind first.
