@MongooseTacticool This is literally how it's to be done. Maneuver with the trim button depressed and release it when you're satisfied. But well, I also switch on FD as soon as things get hot. But it works quite well for cruising and transitions. Having an FFB stick though which makes it actually work like the real thing. I only can imagine it's a major pain in the rear with a non FFB stick...

paristo To be fair that FD usage is a convenience thing. My FFB2 stick has just one button totally worn off which sometimes wouldn't trigger anymore - that one (no 3) which used to be (and still is) my trimmer button. And all that wear and tear to it happened because I was flying the Shark lots back then - the real way. When that button started getting problems, I said to myself that I didn't wanna waste that precious stick and went over to just flicking the FD on and off if it's for more than just a course change, just as I did when I didn't understand the thing yet in the beginning. @colderwar There are actually two things that put me off when it comes down to that Brunner base... first is the lack of DCS support, second is the immense price tag. I could get a phat new rig with a 2080ti and still have lots money over for some other nice things for that... and if I had the money, I definately wouldn't run an 8yo CPU still, trying to have fun with sometimes less than 30fps in VR ;) My 2¢: Swiss made, swiss price tag :)

1:45 "Want to give me some social distancing here, sir?" :D 1:57 "This taxiwayyy is... very drunk!" XD 3:06 "How do I engage the after burners?" - Serious side note: Don't drink coffee while watching this video! :D - Not so serious answer: 3 times LCtrl + E ;) 6:00 "Uhh, I'm being spiked!" - LMAO! 6:06 Remember that high pitched beeping there. It's indication that you finally reached your stall speed, don't go any slower than that :) 8:31 It sais "NotMover" there... you literally crack me up :D
