  4. Couldn't imagine having driven at the age of 16. Minimum age here is 18 (though for quite some time it's possible to "dual" at 17, but that wasn't the case when I learned), and it took me similarly long as it took Mover to get his PPL-H, so basically I wasn't allowed to drive before being 19. Never had the chance though to drive my parents' cars, since they always had the insurance conditions with some minimum age of the driver, and the insurance companies nicely kept raising that age to prevent me from driving as I never could afford my own crate - until glaucoma happened, still got the license, but I'm just too responsible to even try it again - TD;DR: Getting the license was the biggest waste of money in my life and I could only imagine :D
