  1. Probably not the most famous that come to my mind, but maybe the most influencial ones to me, personally... Oleg Maddox, Igor Tishin and Katya/Kate Perederko. Most famous probably Gagarin, Gorbatchev and Vissarionovich (originally Georgian though). Could go on with Tchaykovsky, Mussorgsky and Tolstoy when thinking of culture... And getting the circle back to my initial point, Mikoyan, Gurevich, Sukhoi, Yakovlev, Lavochkin, Polikarpov, Tupolev, Ilyushin, Mil, Kamov... well, I guess you get my point, I'm just an aviation nerd :D And since we are on the internet, the absolutely most famous Russian probably is Eduard Anatolyewich Khil, but most people probably don't know him by name... :D 1:49 You should have added the info that his most well-known book is "Спецоперация и Мир" :)
