  7. @GBNews - Dr. Halper-Hayes said "speaker of the Senate" by mistake. The Senate does not impeach. The House impeaches - the Senate convicts or exonerates. She meant to say that Trump would be installed as "speaker of the House" and she did correct herself later on. Also, it's not the speaker who impeaches. It's the speaker who initiates it and the House that goes through the whole impeachment process and votes on it. Impeachment simply means that the House found what they believe to be enough evidence to bring the president to trial in the Senate. If the vote passes in the House - then it goes to the Senate where the trial takes place. If the president is convicted then he is removed from office. It's not a criminal proceeding - nor is it a civil proceeding. It's a political proceeding - nothing more. Also, in US history, only 3 presidents have been impeached, but none were ever convicted, hence not one US president was ever removed from office.  The Senate needs a 2/3 majority vote - not a simple majority - in order to convict and remove. If republicans win the Senate in 2022, they need to be a 2/3 majority or more - and ALL of them would have to vote yes on it in order to convict Biden and Harris - because no democrat would vote to impeach either of them . . . I think. It's not going to be easy, but I have to say, I'm praying it DOES happen!

  8. The scary thing is that this kind of left-wing politics is taking over the whole western world. Even if the conservatives win big this fall and even if Trump does RIGHTFULLY take back office, we are still up against many left-wing globalist authoritarian nations. The war between Russia and Ukraine is about Putin the tyrant and Zelensky the globalist authoritarian who wants to join NATO. Back in 2019 Zelensky tweeted that the man who inspired him to get into politics was the lunatic north of us - Trudeau. Back in 2013 Trudeau said he admired China's dictatorship. Yeah, its going to get VERY UGLY even if we do win in November.

  9.  @therightway2130  There are MANY democrats who are not running for reelection which means their seats are up for grabs by democrat and republican candidates. The democrat polls are so low that there is a chance that republicans will win many of those seats. Still, a 2/3 majority will be difficult. But I, for one, am praying it happens.
