  3. Where were you when it happened?   I had just arrived in Grand Central in NYC. Before going to work I stopped at the Chase Bank ATMS in GC. I was waiting in line behind this man who was on his cell phone - he turned wide-eyed to me and said OMG a plane just hit the World Trade Center building. By the time I got to my office building across Lexington Avenue the second tower was struck.
