  1. Disney owns their version of the 1930s Snow White story which was altered from the original Grimm's fairly tale. However, Disney does NOT own the rights to the original Grimm's fairy tale - which is, as you said, in the public domain. The Daily Wire is being faithful to the ORIGINAL Grimm's Snow White fairy tale and NOT Disney's 1930s retelling of the story. I'm sure Daily Wire is even tweaking the original Grimm's tale to make it wholly their own. There cannot be any legal repercussions against DW, which is precisely the reason why Disney cancelled their current WOKE version. They plan on remaking it for release in 2025, but if you ask me, if the DW version is a big success, Disney will be forced to scrap their woke retake altogether. All I know is Zeigler has not only destroyed her career and become box office poison she has literally created her own meme (weird . . . weird . . .).
