  1.  @jjradV  we need to do something to fix the problem in our society that leads parents to abuse their children - be it poverty, mental health, or whatever else. The solution is not - nor should it EVER be abortion unless there is some life-threatening danger to the mother - although most abortions are not carried out for that reason. At the very least people should use birth control - there are many kinds of birth control - but why bother when they can always abort. So bloodthirsty!!! I hope your views on abortion are like mine.  What most disturbs me about the hypocrisy of the vegan and vegetarian world is how they turn a convenient blind eye to the way the food for their pets are prepared. They don't think twice about feeding them meat that was murdered, chopped, manufactured, and sold by humans. Humans from the very beginning have always been omnivores. It’s unnatural for them to not eat meat. Medical studies have even determined that vegetarians and vegans are more likely to develop health problems that are normally not in their family history – especially later in life. I would post links, but YT tends to censor my links. They don't like me. All you have to do is google your own search – there is a wealth of information on this – but you have to make sure it’s a reputable medical website. Humans DO need animal meat for health just like a great many animals in the wild need meat. If anything, the meat industry needs to find more humane ways of raising their animals before killing them for consumption, but the act of killing an animal for consumption is not animal cruelty - otherwise we would have to turn all animals in the world into vegans. Cruelty is killing babies because they "get in the way" - and having them incinerated.
