  2. By definition, rich means part of the tiny minority. If everyone is a billionaire, nobody is rich any more. Then in order to be rich one would need to be a trillionaire or petabaire. By very definition, then, most people cannot be rich or remain so for very long.

  3.  @Wubby805  In order to enjoy the benefits of being rich, one has to be surrounded by average and poor people who are willing to do things and make things for us. It is therefore always strictly in the interests of the rich for most other people to remain poor.
