@parttimephilosopher7097 who gives a F... look at a long-run chart of S&P 500 and do u notice a 'trend'? seems like it only ever goes up right over time right?

@parttimephilosopher7097 oh right, well that is why you average in instead of laying out your entire position at once. That way you make money even during periods when the market is struggling to take regain and overtake its previous ATH. I thought that was common knowledge though

@parttimephilosopher7097 it’s okay, you can be out of the market and avoid making any money if u like. Our society is a pyramid/Ponzi scheme. Unless there’s meaningful change that will always be true
