  1. Why in the hell would you be one your phone while driving, while in the rain no less? And people think drunk drivers are a problem......I have driven while having adequate alcohol in my system to prevent withdrawal so I could work, and I never sped or messed up for years. Eventually though your health starts to fade and you know you cannot do that anymore.
