  3. Honestly he could get a small apartment, sell the property, and have a more healthy living space. It can just be a nice cheap apartment but it is probably better for his health than where he lives now. Granted he will have to clean, take care of the place, and not let it turn into a shit hole. I think he can do that at this point. One cannot just live in that type of environment forever. You do not need to spend a lot of money like a lot of streamers do, just chill in a nice simple place and take care of it.
