  1. The thing is, this is just me. You should have an environment where everyone knows everyone working on the game, at least to some degree. Whether working in the office or from home, the team should at least get together. By team I mean everyone no matter if they are in charge of the art and music down to the looking for bugs in the code. Maybe not on a deeply personal level but employees should just be nerds making games.
