  3.  @SarahMcC741 did you see the video the cop wasnt trying to escalate anything he was just going to do his job but dude had to go straight to yelling and not stop and ask what was going on if you see the cop was trying to tel tell him it was for the light but the guy wouldn’t listen yeah. I can understand the guy was made but with him having weed in the car parking in a handicap spot and not having registration of course he knew he was screwed. So that’s most likely why he tried to pull every trick in to book to get away with it which no matter what he was in the wrong and he wouldn’t have added more charges if he would have cooperated if you didn’t noticed he was purposely trying to hurt his shoulder more so he could probably sue later or say police brutality. But don’t defend the guy when he shouldn’t have been driving in the first place that was his first mistake when he didn’t have registration and a broken taillight which that he might not have noticed but the registration and the handicap sign on his car without a handicap person in it? Yeah dude made the wrong choice just by driving.
