Mad and happy at the same time. Cause he was the last cop on scene but the first to jump in and help. The other cops formed a perimeter but while they were they could have got a rope or something to pull the boy out of there but I know they were also thinking about going home to they’re families and protecting everyone else. But just can’t help but feel like if one cop could have gone in just straight to saving the boy the other cops could have saved him sooner instead of putting up tape to from a perimeter around him. Happy the boy is safe most importantly
