  1. First of all you have to define what constitutes incest, because that varies by country/state world wide. I imagine that the definition can vary by community in some places. Certainly where those communities are isolated and/or the gene pool is very limited.

  2.  @mindfulmw  we already do. It is illegal to have s* relationships between Parent, grandparent, child, grandchild Brother, sister, half-brother, half-sister) Nephew or niece Uncle or aunt (by blood) but not cousins
