  1. Please bear in mind that we had this discussion after the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic. We also already had an agreed (WHO) pandemic policy in place that clearly outlined the futility of lockdown once a virus is in the wild, which cov19 clearly was by February 2020. In actual fact it was wild by November 2019 at the latest but we didn’t know that then. Sweden was the only signatory to follow its guidelines.
