@pamelagaull3928 a lot of modern food is devoid of the necessary levels of essential nutrients. It affects our brains, it affects our bodies. A good source of b complex is to scatter nutritional yeast over everything 😉 magnesium l-threonate will help you sleep. But if you're tired all the time get your iron checked.

@johnsmith1474 used to be able to do that on YouTube but, sometimes after they were bought out, google changed the way that they were delivered. So now don't have a choice. And some you can stop, others you can't.
