I'm female and I worked at an all male juvenile prison for 10 years. I worked in mental health and chemical dependency. When I first started working there, there were mostly male staff. The admin bullied the seasoned staff (like me) to make us leave so they could push their woke policies. By the time I had left there were too many female staff. It was ridiculous. How are females supposed to do urinalysis on male residents when we are not allowed to do urinalysis? It was idiotic. The morale was so horrible even the military veterans left, yes, even the Black and Brown ones! Then it became too dangerous because residents were assaulting staff (mostly white residents).
