CRT is not taught in K-12, but should be because its approach is institutional does not deal with individual behavior no one has to be labelled a racist or anything else. The reason it isn't taught is because the history, math, civics, economics, business, and law needed to master it are to high a level for K-12.

That is not a K-12 question, well maybe 12 AP. Another CRT question, what is the impact of reducing polling places by 50% in a [specific district]? Does that sound like a K-12 question?

  11. CRT is not taught in K-12, even the laws banning CRT don't mention CRT by name because CRT is not taught in K-12. They are banning teaching history that makes white students uncomfortable. The dummies don't know because they don't know CRT, but CRT is the best way to accomplish that, since it does not personalize or consider individual behavior at all, but it is to complicated for K-10 at least, which is why it is not taught. My daughter spent 9 years in school getting her phd, and 5 years of in service training in curriculum development. Parents can relate issues and opportunities involving their own children but not all children, that would be silly.

I have investigated fortune 1000 companies and colleges, and I do not have to use the word white at all. In fact I have even investigated gender bias cases, which are obviously not race specific. CRT ferrets out institutional bias, is not concerned with the race of the perpetrator, as even a black person executing a racist policy is still creating a biased event. I have used 'CRT' techniques in organizational development exercises with and without bias overtones. I have used CRT techniques in correcting turbine engine failures. It is a form of Kaizen, that uses regression analysis in identifying the significance of variables in producing disparate results.
