@thedarklord1569 for full participation ( slavery + jim crow) you must be a descendant of a slave (ADOS). Jim crow victims get a different program value. Hopefully Haitians will be considered as ADOSs since the USA has been interfering in Haiti since 1804.

@chrisbarlow6422 irish were treated badly but they were not enslaved or jim crowed, and that is what caused the horrendous financial disparity: no wages, no homestead, no or minimal ssi, fha, gi bill, etc)
