  2. Translation: Ukraine has rejected Russia's request for a lull in the conflict which would have allowed them to relocate their forces. Not only should Ukraine reject this, they should hit russia as hard as possible on their Xmas day. Putin rejected the equivalent request from Ukraine on Dec 25th after all and bombed Kerson on that day.

Ukraine now has a very fast and mobile force inside russia who can go anywhere and hit anything lightly defending, causing general havoc. russia sucks at mobile warfare like this because their 2 tactics of meat waves and carpet bombing don't work and that is all they got, so will have a hard time as you say.

  28. I guess you missed that recent UN vote then. You are completely wrong. Here's the numbers: The resolution (that russia must withdraw immediately) was sponsored by 96 countries, and passed with 141 voting in favour, 5 against, and 35 abstentions. 5 countries supported russia.

  32.  @stealthkillertoxic4090 If I had been living among terrorists that I knew were using me as a long-term human shield and operating from under my house making it a prime military target, I would have remained always extremely well-prepared for such an event and not be at all surprised when it happened. Especially once I knew those same terrorists had committed a massive unacceptable act of terrorism 6 days before. What I would NOT have done is stay there as if nothing was going to happen in response, and I certainly would not party in the streets and be filmed celebrating that terrorist atrocity and rubbing its victims' families noses in it so publicly and unashamedly.

  34. What do you mean "could've"? It's done. The world is now in "Israel did this" mode and nothing can undo that now. For the record I am becoming less and less convinced this was a mis-fired rocket. The approach of "we've explained this, move on" is not enough. Independent analysis is needed, if such a thing even exists now that our planet has been split down the middle.

I mean they are as ridiculous and surreal as a Monty Python sketch. Although I guess the average viewer of his program is a bit of a dullard who might actually believe most of it. No one with a functioning brain would. You really need to watch one of his shows then you will see the difference between him and the BBC journalists he likes to compare himself to. His shows play to a western ear as very comical parodies. Think of "The Day Today" a brilliantly funny news show parody series that the BBC make some years ago. The Russian actual news is like that. Possibly more ridiculous.

  45. Peace talks are a sham and would amount only to Russia getting a breathing space to rebuild and regroup and retry. If anyone falls for that BS it would be a complete betrayal of Ukraine. Thank God Zalenskyy seems to be seeing sense about this. There is no point in negotiations with Putin. NONE. He will lie and play for time. No talking AT ALL until every Russian soldier has left Ukraine. Anything else is a total Russian victory. But I am calling it now, America will throw us all to the wolves and abandon their support for Ukraine and hand Russia the victory. It's what they do. They didn't give a crap about their own people in Afghanistan, why would they give a damn about Ukraine?
