  3. Funniest guy on TV. If you want a good laugh, track down everything you can from Solovyov's TV show it is side-splittingly funny. But I do appreciate that he plans to use a Satan missile that will leave Scotland and Wales completely untouched. Note to russians everywhere: the UK is one of the few countries on the planet that could annihilate Moscow and most of russia on its own.
