  3. Russia MUST NOT be given any opportunity to feel they have had anything like a success in Ukraine. If they do, this is a huge political victory for Putin and he will simple make any demands he likes for "peace" and trot off to plan his next invasion, having learned from his mistakes and gained a big chunk of Ukraine to boot. I'd go further than the general.... you need to make Russia SURRENDER, not just withdraw. They must be disarmed and the regime destroyed utterly, just like the Nazis in WW2. You cannot believe a single word the Russians say when they negotiate any peace. NOTHING. Lies lies lies.
