  2. How surprising, said no one ever. And I am pretty sure the crooks will just rob the city-run shops too. Maybe they could hire some police to protect them. At the same time, I'd like to thank America for conducting this interesting defunding experiment. It saves us all outside the US doing the same stupid thing and making fools of ourselves.
