I am a recruiter for a worldwide company (we operate in 38 countries), and I can report that Berkeley just joined the list of colleges that if I see it on a CV, that CV goes straight into the bin, no questions asked. It's just my little contribution to issues like this, to put things right in the small way I can. I recommend all other recruiters do the same. Maybe one day colleges will take responsibility for the despicable behavior of some of their students.
