  2. Putin stated the partial mobilisation was complete. Putin is a Russian. Therefore, it is not complete. If there is one thing you can always trust and always rely on, it is the fact that Russians lie whenever they speak.

  3. If they did that, the war would end earlier, and the Russian economy is not yet sufficiently destroyed for that to be allowed to happen.
