Why is there even a debate here? Of course everything we have that is russia's should be seized for reparations. They won't be able to afford reparations once the war kills off their economy and russia collapses, so grab the money now. This should be the price of aggressively invading a neighbour and attempting genocide. Pretty sure most of the planet would be perfect happy if all russia's overseas assets were seized like this. No need to be concerned about the rule of law in russia's case. Every other country yeah, but not russia.
