@codejunkes4607 The massive difference then was that no one else had nukes. It is completely different today purely because of that.

This is a bluff that must be called. If not, russia will threaten to use nukes forever in order to do whatever they want. There's no choice here. Also although russia has a lot of nukes, there's a lot of the world to cover. On the other hand almost every Western nuke in existence is pointing at russia right now.

@praveendreamer The West is not interested in "threatening the motherland", it's a sh!thole; they have nothing we want or need. It's just the massive envy-driven chip that russia has on its shoulder for the superior West that drives them nuts. They are a pathetic, small and jealous people.

@mahamadoutraore1077 Because where are all the nukes pointed at right now? russia has a lot of the planet to cover; whereas all the Western nukes are pointed at russia.

They can't maintain their supply trucks for Ukraine properly, how are we to believe they have maintained their nuclear arsenal?

@Omgiamsotriggered In this case there is no choice because if it isn't called, russia will bully the world forever with the same threat. Cynical hay on; the West would like russia to drop a tactical nuke as it the excuse they have been waiting for to take then apart.
