  1. Harris is the epitome of what happens when you hire or promote people for diversity reasons and not for merit or ability. She isn't criticised because she is a coloured woman, she is criticised because she sucks at her job. The fact she is a woman of colour is the one thing allowing her to get away with sucking. So yeah, racist.
