  2. It's weird. Trump giving test kits to russia at the expense of Americans was well-reported outside the US at the time. I thought it was common knowledge. However I am surprised the REAL scandal is not being discussed. The report mentions that Trump gave away testing kits when there was a national shortage in the USA. That shortage was ONLY in America. Throughout the rest of the West, we had an abundance of testing kits. They were free and given out freely. America's (well Trump's) lack of preparedness on that front astounded the world. EVERY other country was far better prepared than the USA. It was shocking how behind America was.
