  1. Nor can you have a serious conversation unless the person condemns the Hamas attack. You need to establish that moral compass first and totally ignore anyone who refuses, as failing to condemn that immediately devalues anything they might have to say. The very fact Piers needs to ask that is the shocker here, as it should go without saying, yet it does not, and many of his guests refuse to do so.

  7. I identify as someone who despises all this gender identity nonsense and looks forward to it all blowing over so we can look back and laugh at the utter farce it was. The people who caused the backlash for this councilman simply do not get that their own gender identity claims (and demands for society to change because of them) are just as ridiculous as his were. (And also that their reaction was far more hate speech than his ever could be).

  12. Israel are trying to minimise casualties. Now whether or not you think they are achieving that or not, they are at least trying. Are Hamas trying the same as they continue to rain down missiles on Israel? Are they warning in advance or suggesting civilians move away before they fire? One side is at least trying to minimise civilian casualties while the other is proudly trying to maximise them.
