I work for a US company that I would have described as laid back and very caring of its employees. Much to my surprise they enforced this mandate and we lost 40 staff because of it. It was so unlike my company to act like this that I questioned it, and was told the US government is threating to withdraw all governmental contracts from companies who did not comply, so our hand was forced. That would have killed us, so we had no choice but to enforce the mandate, and we lost 40 key staff. It is uncertain how we will recover from this. Surely illegal, and at least immoral for the Biden admin to act like this? So not only are they trying to enforce this nonsense on all companies, but they are using the threat of removing all government contracts from you if you refuse.
