  1. I find Grim Dawn is better. I quit PoE many years ago after about 1000 hours. Not sure how it is now, tbh, but my quitting reason back then was there was only one way to trade for stuff you needed, and the community you had to deal with when doing so was absolute POISON. Seriously seriously poison. For a serious min-maxer like myself, this was a major problem. I quit the game in disgust. I also find Grim Dawn has more character customization depth. I have 3 Pyromancers for example, and they are each built and play completely differently. And a Pyro is just one of 64 different possible classes. Oh yeah, and the PoE endgame was garbage (not that GD's is much better tbh).
