I am not saying it isn't, but there is compelling evidence now that initial reports were way off. Example: I thought the entire hospital had been levelled and yet it is barely touched. Propaganda is the real weapon. Would a JDAM (I have no idea what that is) not have left a typical crater or destroyed some of the hospital if it landed right outside it?
