  1. The international community should demand impartial observers can go in there right now under total ceasefire to do appropriate forensics. Whichever side refuses that request is the guilty party. This is far too important to allow the blame to fall purely on hearsay or opinion. Facts are urgently needed here. If this was rocket or planted bomb or dropped bomb or airstrike missile they'd be able to tell.
