I am assuming it will be quite easy to tell the difference between a rocket hit and a airplane-dropped bomb. The international community should demand impartial observers can go in there right now under total cease fire to do appropriate forensics. Which ever side refuses that request is the guilty party.

@cronostrigger6401 I think they are saying it was either secondaries (volatile stuff inside the hospital blowing up?) or more than one rocket misfired. Tracking the information, disinformation and misinformation around this event as it rapidly circles the internet is simply mind-boggling and actually frightening.
