That seems to have been the case (and is all too common in society), i.e. since it's structured to facilitate those with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), they often get away with the evil sh*t they do. SMH! The world needs a full proof system to find these evil things (preferably at a young age) and erase them! They have the mentality of those bad boys/girls in highschool. Something's never change. SMH.

  3. Enforce the "psychopass system". It is a method to identify, track, and erase evil people from society! It turns out Narcissistic (and boarder) personality disorder is the source of all evil within humanity. This disorder is what affects the thought process of evil people. It doesn't excuse it. But it does explain it! MRI scanners can be used to expose these evil creatures. The world needs to be made aware of this and use it to eliminate evil people, preferably while they are at a young age; while they are at their most vulnerable and can't easily manipulate, nor deceive to get their way! Their acting skills is easily to identify as well. 'This' is key to actualising a real utopia! The only us vs them is 'empaths' (ppl with enough grey matter to allow empathy) against those with too few grey matter (that would allow them to experience real empathy). Narcissist and psychopaths (same thing) have little to no grey matter in their brain. They feel the need to fake empathy. At best, they might be capable of cognitive-empathy (superficial by comparison).
