  1. @BunnyFormit doesn’t matter whether its to embrace anxiety or used as a way to fool yourself. The outcome is still the same. You’re just reinterpreting it in a way that fits your narrative. So one could just say you are using as a way to fool yourself into embracing your anxiety in order to fool yourself, so you can then embrace your anxiety. And so on & so forth onto an infinite loop trajectory.
