  2. Perhaps, however a professional fisher w/ a lot of experience will be able to use different strategies for different situations. For example for strict guards, theres speed fishing. Which requires the line to be fished on the 1st try or however long it would take for the guard to run down & grab it. One of the most famous fishers in San Quentin was able to speedfish to any cell in the entire building because he had fished from both wings east & west block on all 4 tiers by this point in time this was back in the day around 2012. He also invented hook fishing which was another stealth form of fishing which involved vertical, tier to tier fishing & snagging a weighted loop using cell bars as a pulley, then anchoring the line to a sink or bed post further back in the cell.   3.  @sanddabz5635  Distance of angles need to be measured and calculated with the velocity of the shot. So swings which add momentum to the equation should be limited, but can be used as a strategy for fishing to parallel cells or cells on the same side of the tier.
