  15. The neighbor police first spoke with, the one with his shirt off seemed very off. He was crossing his arms out of guilt over something & reacted w/ no emotions when officers informed him the victim had passed away. I definitely believed he either helped plan this or was involved somehow.

On October 24th, 2018, Levente Laszlo Lazar, was seen on surveillance video walking towards Valentiny’s house talking on the phone, walking with what appeared to be Valentiny’s dog near her unit around 11 the evening of the murder. Video from a nearby business also showed the figure around 6:30 that night walking toward Valentiny’s home while speaking on a cell phone. The same person was spotted again walking in the opposite direction with the victim’s dog around four and a half hours later. Police were never able to determine what happened to Valentiny’s dog despite extensive searches for the pet.

Shutting down a citizen’s residence requires a lot of legal maneuvering involving warrants from judges, right to search and seizure consent, and a fuzzy line separating police work, and violating the 4th Constitutional Amendment. They can’t just snap their fingers & make everything happen. So how about we hush up over there in the peanut gallery. Sound like a plan chief? Good deal.
