  1. I was born in the 19th century. One of the last few left. 1898 to be exact. I was just a teen when ww1 hit. Was a fully grown man by the time ww2 came around. Saw the modern family revolution of the 50’s, the rise of business market in the 80’s, and the volatile collapse of the 2008 housing market. I don’t have much time left on this planet, so my advice to all the youngsters out there is to go for it. Stop making excuses. Dont wait for the “right” time. There will never be a perfectly “right” time. Just take a deep breath, and do it. And if you don’t, be prepared to live a life of regret, sorrow, and thinking of what could have been…
